The Swipe CMS support chat allows property managers to message tenants directly to the Student Swipe app on their phone. The app uses push notifications to let the tenants know they have received a message and becomes a solid communication method between property manager and tenant alike. As well as communicating on an individual basis, the app and Swipe CMS also allow property group chats that include multiple members of one single property.
